  Michelle’s 19 years of experience in resistance and cardiovascular training is further bolstered by having held certifications from the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). Competitive by nature, Michelle spent a significant amount of time in competitions such as the Galaxy Fitness Competition and as a Figure Professional in the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) Figure Competitions. Michelle now coaches physique competitors to prepare them for competition, and she has been a judge for National Physique Committee (NPC) bodybuilding and physique competitions. She uses her knowledge from those experiences to help tailor her clients’ programs to help them achieve the desired result. Michelle has a passion for helping others achieve the same fulfillment she has garnered from living a healthy and active lifestyle
